i have plantar faciaitis and have worn this style of shoes with my orthoticsevery day for 2 years andthe shoes have held up fantastically! I am ordering two more pairs. the only repair i've needed was one strap that needed resown and that was needed three months ago! Great shoes!

I have a pair of "Folk" Naots that I wore for months on end, after foot surgery, including a trip to Europe where I walked a lot. Then I wanted a pair of shoes that looked a little more professional. I bought a pair of Naot "Chord," which are extremely comfortable. However, in less than two weeks of wear, the outer stitching closest to the soles has completely broken up. This pair of shoes will look awful with two more weeks of wear. I have spent too much money to have this type of problem with shoes that are not being subjected to abuse, just normal wear.
