I've owned several pairs of Naot shoes in different styles . All of them are very comfortable. If the shoes have removable inserts, the squeaking problem is easy to solve- just spread a pinch of baby powder under the inserts, and the squeaking is gone.

I am on my third pair. I have a hip problem and they are the most comfortable, but I have to admit, my squeak as well. Looking for a shoe that is equally comfortable, but hold up a little better.

I, too, have had a pair of these for about 6 months and they have developed a squeak. Very comfortable, just can't wear shoes that squeak. Certainly not at the price being asked for them.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own, however, I have had two pairs of these shoes and both pairs developed bad sqeeks after about 6 months. The shoes are too expensive to have that happen.

My Naot Atlantic's finally succumbed this year. Then I started having heel and plantar facscia? problems. I thought I was going to have to go to a doctor, my heels hurt so badly. Just got another pair of Atlantic's and I cannot tell you what a relief it was for my feet! Instantly! Plus, the shoes are stylish and ageless. I just wish Naot would make more stylish shoes or boots like these with the 1 and 1/2" heel. Solid for pounding the pavement in NYC.
